What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, your business if you choose to give it, and your message. That is everything we ask you for.
We do not run advertising pixels or optional analytics on this site. The public pages do not use marketing cookies.
Our hosting provider receives the technical details every browser sends with a request, including your IP address, because a page cannot be delivered without them.
Why we can use it
We use your enquiry to read it, reply to you and continue the conversation. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch, and we have an interest in answering the people who do.
Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to anything. There is no marketing opt-in on this site, and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Web3Forms processes and delivers your enquiry to our inbox and uses service providers for delivery, storage and spam prevention. Its privacy policy allows submission retention for up to three years, with shorter periods applying to some plans or where data is deleted earlier. Processing may take place outside the UK; Web3Forms describes its international-transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Agreement.
Vercel hosts the site and serves its pages.
Access is limited to the people handling the enquiry and the service providers supporting our website and email. We do not sell enquiry details or share them for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and whether it is needed for an agreement or a legal claim. You can contact us to request deletion.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to us using it at all. Email us and we will deal with it.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
If anything here changes, we will change it on this page and move the date at the top.
